Renovation of the roof of Sainte Jeanne d'Arc Church in Sherbrooke

Source: District of Canada

The renovation of the roof of Sainte Jeanne d'Arc Church in Sherbrooke has begun.

After mounting the scaffolding all around the church, the roofers began removing the existing roof. Each evening a team of volunteer parishioners come to pick up the debris on the ground. This helps to reduce the total cost of this renovation.

Immediately after removing the old shingles, a new membrane is attached and starts the laying of new shingles.

This renovation work is expensive, it should cost around $ 90,000. To carry out this work we need your help. Your gifts, even the most modest, will be of great help to us. We thank you in advance and assure you of our prayer in particular to the intentions of our benefactors.
