A great day of work at St. Joan of Arc church, Sherbrooke

Source: District of Canada

On Saturday, June 1, 2019, about twenty volunteers gathered at the St. Joan of Arc church in Sherbrooke to work around the church.

It involved removing weeds, cleaning the surrounding area, planting grass, repainting exterior balustrades, etc. After a day of hard work, it was not over yet, but the work had progressed well.

Thank you to all volunteers for this beautiful day full of enthusiasm and effective!

The Church of St. Joan of Arc was purchased by the Canadian District of the Society of St. Pius X in 2017. Mass is celebrated every Sunday at 11:00 am.

It is a beautiful church in good condition, but there is still work to do. The next big project should start soon, it is about redoing the roof ... A project that should cost about $ 100,000.

To carry out this work we need your help. Do not hesitate to donate. Thank you in advance.
