On March 19, 2022, the Feast of St. Joseph we had six First Holy Communions. Two of them were a father and son who were newly baptized into the Faith. With a forecast of rain the day was blessed with beautiful sunshine! During this time of the year it almost always raining. We took advantage of this rare opportunity to take photos with Our Lady's statue outside in the garden. Deo Gratias! The joy on the faces of the first communicants in their nice suits and dresses was a lovely sight to see. We pray for their continued fervour for the Blessed Sacrament and their journey towards Christ! Once a month some of the faithful in Langley have been gathering and saying 15 decades of the rosary for Canada. What started as a public rosary outside, it was curbed by by-law enforcement, wind storms, freezing temperatures and never ending rain. It has since then moved to inside the church. Here the faithful continue to pray for the betterment of this nation and as a bonus the 15 decades are followed by benediction! May God have mercy on us and on our country.
